We do things our own way at Aldi. But whatever we're doing, we must be getting it right.

With a wave of impressive sales figures behind us, we're opening 80 new stores per year. And that means there's plenty to do in our Regional Administration team.

Supporting the Regional Administration Assistant, you'll play a key role in making sure our regional operations run efficiently. This will involve day to day organisational work, as well as data processing, analysis, proposal completion and ensuring data is secure. Naturally, you'll need to be efficient and well organised, with the ability to keep things tidy and well ordered.

Duties include:

  • Review of upcoming website changes before they go live
  • Managing and creating online content
  • Balancing commerciality with customer credibility
  • Reporting on daily and weekly performance
  • Monitoring page and asset performance
  • Creating and presenting briefs to third party suppliers and internal departments based on best product selection and customer journey
  • Representing the content team in meetings with other teams and departments
  • Managing content creation and delivery for key events
  • Educated to Degree level
  • Detail orientated
  • Proactive, highly motivated, able to multi-task
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Ideally, you will be experienced in eCommerce within a retail environment. Experience within a similar role in either client side or agency is highly desirable, as is knowledge of HTML and experience of eCommerce and Content Management platforms.
