  • Purchase invoice entry & co-ordination of queries
  • Sales order entry, updating registers & acknowledging customers
  • Purchase order entry & ordering of stationary & cleaning products
  • Sales order processing for stocked items [advising price details & stock availability]
  • Filing of purchase orders, sales orders & general factory documentation
  • General receptionist duties such as answering telephone & dealing with visitors
  • General scanning
  • Opening post & distributing & franking of post
  • Typing & emailing of proforma invoices
  • Printing off catalogues
  • Cover required in office occasionally from 9am to 5pm
  • Emailing customer questionnaires and general information
  • Emailing approval letters, certificates & contract letters for stocked items as required

  • Position expected to become full time 34 hours in future
