The roles and responsibilities of the Brand & Acquisition Manager will include:

·Maximising brand engagement and conversion rates through all acquisition channels

·Ensuring maximum visibility across all acquisition channels

·Optimising all paid acquisition channels to deliver the best ROI

·Working within budgets to deliver budgeted revenue

·Working with our Affiliate marketing agency to ensure all opportunities are maximised

·Creation, maintenance and delivery of plans for each area of acquisition. Paid, SEO, Email, Social and Affiliate

·Working with internal and external teams to deliver acquisition channel plans

·Monitoring conversion rates, producing onsite recommendations and working with the relevant teams to test and deliver them

·Working with the creative team to create content for onsite and acquisition channels

·Monitoring competitor products and promotions to ensure that the brand maintains competitive advantage

·Managing the online product catalogue through updating and removing products as required ensuring all products are merchandised well with exceptional content

·Adding new product ranges to the website, ensuring products are described in a manner which best promotes the sale of the products, and have the required data and images

·Working with the Buyer to source new products and ranges

·Analysing product pricing vs our competitors to maximise sales and margin

·Pro-actively monitoring and managing online reviews and ratings

·Providing daily, weekly and monthly performance reports

·Providing reports on e-commerce activity when required to facilitate business decisions

·Undertaking trend research and inputting creative ideas into the content plan

Skills, Experience & Attributes:

The successful candidate will be commercially astute, will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and an open approach to learning new skills.

You will demonstrate a proactive ‘can do’ attitude and be committed to achieving our ambition to be the best. A highly motivated self-starter, with strong attention to detail and great planning & organisation skills, you will be an excellent communicator and a real team player with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with ease and efficiency.

The following experience and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience in running and managing all areas of online acquisition – (PPC Google and Bing), SEO, Affiliate, Social and Email
  • Experience in the commercial aspect of running a website. (Products, pricing, promotions and content).
  • Experience in onsite conversion rate optimisation
  • Minimum of 1 Full Google Accreditation
  • Google Analytics experience
  • Demonstrable experience of managing budgets and timelines
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite – specifically Excel & Powerpoint
