We now have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Global Quality department at our European Support Functions Office in Erdington, Birmingham.

About the Role

Our Global Quality Assurance teamensure that the products that Claire’s/Icing sell in Europe and North America are safe, comply with the law and are of a satisfactory quality to be sold in our stores. Reporting to the Quality Administration Manager the Quality Administrator is specifically responsible for processing, examining and analysing test reports, sending out test samples to test houses, data entry of test report information and dealing with supplier queries and issues.

About You

Firstly it is essential that you possess administrative experience gained from working in a similar fast paced office environment and that you are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). You also need to be a keen team player with high levels of self initiative and attention to detail and possess strong planning and organising skills to ensure that you meet deadlines given.
