A fantastic opportunity is available for a Contract Management Excellence Administrator at a large utility company in Warwick, we are looking for employees to join our expanding team who show commitment and dedication to providing an excellent service to customers as well as being tenacious and methodical at all times.

Job purpose:

To provide an Administrative Support service to the Capability & Commercial Performance Manager and the wider Capability & Commercial Performance team. To ensure the efficient use of the team's time, and assist the team in pursuing their business objectives

Experience Required:

Advanced use of SharePoint
Proficient use of office systems including SAP, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio
Experience of liaising with senior members of staff, internally and externally
Excellent organisation and administrative skills
Proficient in the use of sharepoint
Collation of management reports and key performance indicators
Performance Excellence and Team Hubs
Purchase orders and invoices
Organising meetings, minute taking and first line response for questions.

Key Tasks

Control access and maintenance support of the Contract Management Excellence Community of Practice Sharepoint site and the Capability & Commercial Performance SharePoint site.

Organise Community of Practice meetings and provide minute taking and a first line response for Community of Practice communications

Manage the collation of management reports and assist with the production of KPI's for the management team.

Manage and co-ordinate the Capability & Commercial Performance Manager's diary and the itinerary is always communicated to relevant parties.

Maintain information so that it is up to date and available at all times, including the maintenance of the Performance Excellence Leadership Hub for the Capability & Commercial Performance Management team, bringing any significant issues to the attention of the management team as appropriate

Manage all requests for purchase orders and ensure invoices are progressed in a timely manner, complying with all procedural requirements and internal audit

Organise various meetings, briefings, hotel bookings and events as required and provide a minute taking and distribution service for key meetings as required,

Support and work with fellow members of the team to ensure that the movements and activities are co-ordinated and maximise their impact on business performance. Undertake various responsibilities and tasks to meet the needs of the team e.g. assignments, providing cover etc

Ensure that internal and external perceptions of Capital Delivery/Partners are managed and protected within favourable boundaries wherever possible, maintaining confidentiality wherever appropriate

Additional Information:

A full UK driving licence must be held.
