We have an excellent development opportunity to join the team at Rugby as a Service Delivery Manager, the role is a full time position on a 12 month fixed term contract.
You will have day to day responsibility for all operational issues so problem solving and thinking fast will be your forte. You will be collating KPI information, looking at tachograph analysis and collating infringements so you will need to be a competent systems user particularly Excel and WMS. You will review your findings and ensure any problems are resolved efficiently to ensure we are meeting all service delivery requirements whilst maintaining close communication with the client.
You will ensure legal compliance and make improvements where necessary liaising closely with the Transport Manager. You will support with any disciplinary and grievance and ensure investigation processes have taken place, supporting with them where required.
In essence you will be the go-to person ensuring a smooth, efficient operation, managing any problems quickly and efficiently and having close contact with the client to ensure we are meeting requirements.
You`ll be a strong communicator at all levels and have previous experience of supporting a large operation like ours ensuring service delivery requirements are being met with a strong eye for detail and a solid transport/logistics background.
