I am currently seeking a residential registered care manager to oversee the operational day to day running of a small, yet established residential care service for adults with a learning disabilities, mental ill health and behaviours that may challenge. This service is based in the Newcastle area of Staffordshire and is centrally based so offer great access from the town centre.

You will become a key member of a leading , multi-award winning housing provider and will be responsible for maintaining a "GOOD" rating for this service.

Employed on a full time basis, your duties will be varied and will include overall management of the service and providing leadership and guidance to your staff team. You will lead, monitor and supervise performance of the home and your staff team, manage finances and ensure that all care is of a high standard and excels both CQC and company guidelines.

Your key focus will be the delivery of high quality, person centred care and the delivery of support that enable independence and positive outcomes.

Flexibility to share the "on call" rota is essential for the residential registered care manager role.

A professional, committed and care focussed individual, you will possess excellent CQC knowledge and experience and always put the needs of the people in your care first.

To be considered for the role of residential registered care manager, you must demonstrate a proven background managing services for adults with learning disabilities, mental ill health and behaviours which may prove challenging. You will also hold the QCF level 5 in leadership and management or equivalent and great CQC knowledge and performance.

Your extensive knowledge and experience will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £29000 per annum, as well as continued training and development. A generous annual leave allowance and internal progression opportunities also form part of this exciting package.
