We're seeking a HR Hub Assistant to work within a busy Hub team. You will be the first point of contact for our managers and employees who are seeking HR Advice. You'll need to be able to listen and understand their queries in order to question and investigate to give the best advice possible. The type of questions will range from employee relations, payroll, reward, training and advising on legislation and procedures. You'll need to work closely with HR Advisors to ensure you're always up to speed on latest changes in legislation and policies. The role will also include general HR administration duties such as payroll & benefits admin, changes to terms and conditions and maintaining the data in our HR systems. This is a varied exciting role with a great opportunity to add real value and support to our business; join us at our Coventry head office and you'll be actively involved in change with a company that's both an environmental and commercial leader.

About you:
We're ideally seeking someone with previous HR experience, preferably working as an HR Assistant or on a HR Advice line; with experience of dealing with managers/employees all levels of the business through a variety of roles. You will have experience of working with HR Systems; with excellent IT skills -as all of our HR systems are computer based - we use Word, Excel, SAP and iTrent. You will have good communication skills, both written and verbal with a strong customer focus which may have been gained in other non HR roles. We would welcome candidates currently working towards a CIPD or equivalent qualification. Finally, you will be passionate about HR and helping managers make the best decisions possible.
