Award winning and fast growing business travel company are seeking a Telemarketing Sales Executive to help continue their growth. Working from their Birmingham office you will be generating business leads, within a growing sales team. Excellent salary package available, with fantastic career development prospects! This would suit someone with a pro-active approach, friendly and professional telephone manner and experience of, and a passion for providing efficient corporate travel services!

*Using a range of techniques to generate appointments and bid opportunities for field sales and bids teams;
*These techniques primarily included B2B outbound calling, specified email marketing and website research
*Ensure that appointments/opportunities are in criteria and that sufficient data is collected for the sales/bids team to use
*Follow up on warm leads delivered by the marketing team
*Updating and maintaining the database with key decision makers and relevant qualification data in companies that fit our target criteria
*Working towards set KPI (key performance indicators) and targets.

You will have excellent communication skills; listening and questioning, and a polite, friendly telephone manner, a positive mental attitude and self-motivation. You will be computer literate and a fast learner; with high accuracy and attention to detail. You will have good time management skills with the ability to prioritise and plan the day effectively.
*Experience in the Business Travel Industry
*Experience of an office based telemarketing/telesales role;
*Experience of working with Salesforce and Google Docs.
