Team leader required to join a recognised national provider of care and support for adults with learning disabilities, Autism and complex care needs within one of their Birmingham based supported living services.

If successful, you will join an organisation at an exciting time of growth and development and continue to drive forward their passion and commitment to the delivery of high quality person centred care and support.

As the team leader, you will work closely with the management to oversee all elements of the operational day to day running of a small, yet modern service for adults with an autism diagnosis and associated complex care needs.

You will assist the management team to ensure the service delivers high quality care and support in line with both company and CQC requirements.

You will be a strong team leader and be able to demonstrate effective delegation skills. In addition you will be involved in the administration and auditing of medication, care and support planning, report writing and liaising effectively with external agencies and visitors to the home.

You will demonstrate a passion and proven background in the delivery of person centred care and support for adults with autism and complex care needs and already be qualified to QCF level 3 in health and social care. In addition, you will be able to exhibit proven shift and team leading skills.

Due to the nature of this service, flexibility is essential as you will be required to share the on call rota.

This unique and exciting opportunity is offering the successful candidate a highly competitive salary of £17450 per annum.
