A Permanent vacancy has become available in Complaints and Compliance for a Compliance and Regulatory Support Advisor.

Reporting to the Compliance & Regulatory Team Leader, this position will cover duties such as:

Regulatory Support Advisor - Key Skills

  • Previous experience in a complaints and compliance environment

  • Telephone and email service to customers and FBOs for compliance related queries and complaints
  • Telephone and email service to support FBOs who’s advertising/conduct breaches policy
  • Management of the Field Watch system for the UK office jurisdiction
  • Approval of social challenged posts
  • Approval of any scripts for video resources
  • Approval of all Success Express video’s
  • Approval of Company created adverts
  • Approval of T&C’s for competition/incentives
  • Deal with complaints from authorities such as ASA or Trading Standards
  • MI stats of compliance action taken in the UK
  • Approval (and in part) creation of Advisory Board trainings
  • eBay and Amazon tracking/enforcement


  • Label approval
  • Ingredient reviews for future products
  • Team member of EU regulatory group
  • Team member on R&D for future products
  • Sharing CRN technical advice to Forever’s regulatory team
  • Website/product manual/brochure creation and management to ensure compliance
  • Coordinate with consultants to help create marketing resources when launch/relaunching products (C9/F15 booklets, V5…)
  • Website T&C’s
  • Data protection (future)

Product Enquiries:

  • Email service to customers and FBO’s for technical product questions
  • Q&A’s (part of EU regulatory groups tasks)
  • Health and quality complaints related to products

Hours of work include:

Monday – Friday 9am - 5pm, with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break
