Through a partnering approach, gbpartnerships have delivered in excess of £300m worth of new healthcare facilities and deliver a range of consultancy services including strategic estates planning, development and project, asset and estates management. The company are experiencing a period of growth and are looking to grow their team by recruiting a Senior Development Manager to be based in their stunning offices within Birmingham City Centre.

You will be responsible for management, delivery and the overseeing of development projects from inception. The role necessitates a wide range of knowledge of the development process including land acquisition, due diligence, planning, design development, legal, commercial and finance. As the Senior Development Manager you will act as the principle point of liaison for funders, investors, commercial tenants and consultants. Key duties will include; identification of viable development opportunities, preparation of development appraisals and development bids. Management of scheme due diligence, appointment and management of design consultants, architects, QS, PMs and engineers. You will also be responsible for identification of prospective end user commercial tenants.

To be considered for this opportunity you will have significant experience working within the commercial development sector, dealing with opportunity from inception to completion.
