German Speaking Helpdesk Analyst - Telford, Shropshire, Midlands

Candidates must be bilingual in English & German with French an advantage

This well-established organisation requires a driven and self-motivated German Speaking Helpdesk Analyst to join their busy technical services team, and motivate those around them. The key to this role is ensuring smooth helpdesk support to end users across their EU offices. The Helpdesk support/ 1st Line support analyst will have the opportunity to gain new skills and move into a more senior role as time progresses.

The Helpdesk Analyst will be providing 1st line technical support, Ticket escalation and incident response to staff across EU offices, dealing with helpdesk requests and calls coming into the IT department from English, German or French speakers. Handling support requests within SLA's and escalating up to 2nd or 3rd line teams as required.

The role will appeal to an individual capable of working in a pressurised environment. You will have the initiative to approach challenges with enthusiasm and the ability to react to rapid changes in prioritisation whilst maintaining a clear focus on the company objectives. Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills along with an analytical mindset and attention to detail are a must. Must be Fluent in German and additional EU languages are an advantage.
