Team Support are currently recruiting for a Senior Supply Chain Manager, ideally from a complex supply chain background, working with a leading national organisation based in the Midlands.

The purpose of the role will be to lead on the delivery of customer service and inventory management for all ethical suppliers and to lead, coach and develop a team of supply chain managers and supply assistants.

To be considered for the role you will require an owners mindset, a leader with the ability to create impact and deliver results through internal and external strategic relationships. You will need to have strong analytical skills and be able to demonstrate strong influencing, interpersonal and presentation skills.

I’m interested in speaking to candidates with hands on experience in managing supply chain and inventory in a retail or wholesale multi-echelon environment. You will have a high degree of customer focus and commercial acumen.
