Freelance Business Development Sales Employer Engagement Training
Our client, a successful, quality driven training provider is seeking a professional, experienced Business Development Sales Consultant to engage with employers. Using a consultative approach, you will be able to understand employer’s needs regarding the training of their staff. You will develop business to SME and large employers and offer government funding or help employers to use their Apprenticeship Levy pot. Following initial discussion, you will undertake an organisational needs analysis and with a qualified Trainer you will present training solutions to client companies. Training will be given for you to understand funding, training and Apprenticeship Levy requirements. You will also be able to offer cost effective recruitment solutions for vacancies that are not linked to training
You will have a range of resources to use to develop business including professional eshot software, online customer management software as well as an innovative range of keenly priced solutions to offer your clients. You need to be able to close business and build upon referrals and existing customers. Reliability, excellent customer service skills and team work is key in this role
You may have government funded training experience or other consultative service selling either way you will need to be able to understand employers needs and be able to develop meaningful lasting links.
Part time would be considered
