Administrator required for Award winning global quality management company – some previous experience from an administration, data entry or payroll position essential. Our client is headquartered within an iconic building in the Castle Bromwich area and requires a confident administrator with excellent keyboard and communication skills to join their skilled administration team on a permanent basis. You will be mentored and trained on the job by your Team Leader for the first 6 weeks.

The Role

Working in a busy office environment, you will be required to complete the following tasks:

  • Set up projects in accordance with the required protocol
  • Data input into MS Excel and the in-house CRM
  • Invoicing
  • Communicate and confirm project details with internal stakeholders and clients
  • Resolve queries in a prompt and efficient manner
  • Complete, distribute and file paperwork
  • Review, action or redirect external queries
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies regarding temps
  • Check documents for errors
  • Write reports and provide data to relevant managers

The Candidate

  • A RFT (right first time) mind-set
  • Accurate with a keen eye for detail
  • Have the ability to sanity check the information - think laterally and spot issues within the data
  • A confident administrator with previous experience in a busy office environment
  • Have quick / strong keyboard skills and able to data input and type at a reasonable speed
  • Adept at multi-tasking
  • A strong and clear communicator
  • Good IT skills and comfortable with IT – Outlook, Excel, Word, CRMs
