Job Title: Part time Credit Controller

Our client is a well-established legal practice who has 2 successful and growing offices based in the Stoke on Trent area. They are seeking a Credit Controller to join their small and friendly team.

Job Description:

  • Chase outstanding debt with customers
  • Ensuring cash flow is accurate
  • Allocate payments received against invoices
  • Issue statements
  • Set up new accounts
  • Investigate discrepancies
  • Handling queries
  • Administrative duties including opening and closing case files

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience within credit control is advantageous, although an enthusiastic and tenacious individual with experience speaking to customers/clients via telephone will be considered
  • Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent telephone manner

Hours: 2-3 days per week, school hours

Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience
