You must be a committed graduate who has a good understanding of how to work with children based on experience gained from a similar role and at least received a 2:1 in your degree. This Graduate Teaching Assistant position involves working across the entire school and you will be joining a truly dynamic department. You will support small groups of pupils through targeted intervention sessions and in this role you will be offered CPD and training from the first week. Day-to-day, you will be receiving guidance and mentoring from an exceptional Senior Teacher who is always eager to mentor new recruits in best teaching practice. Part of your role will include taking on a role in the wider school, participating with or even running a lunch-time or after school club.
