Seeking a versatile and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with Special Needs.
Your new role
This is a long term, distinct job opportunity and this job role is working 1:1 with individuals with complex needs. In this role you will build a strong rapport and support a pupil with mobility restrictions and complex needs. The job role will involve supporting the pupils on a 1:1 basis during lessons and during lunch time. The purpose of this job is to ensure the participation in learning and pupil progress. Your new primary support role with be for the full academic year with the potential to go permanent.
What you'll need to succeed
To be suitable for this role you should be a passionate, focused individual with experience of working with children or young people or adults with Complex Needs, Moderate Learning Difficulties, Complex Needs and/ or Autism. You will be a have a minimum of 40 days experience, in the last 2 years, of working in schools and/ or care settings, SLD, ASD or PMLD settings, which can be referenced. You will be passionate about working with children/ young people to achieve the best of their potential.
