The Role of Software Implementation & Training Consultant:

The Software Consultant develops and delivers detailed technology training and implementation solutions on the Viewpoint for Projects (VFP) and Field View (VFV) products within the EMEA region and supporting all global locations if applicable.

Serving as a liaison between the company and our clients; this role works directly with clients to manage initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation, and train and coordinate future client users.

We're looking for an enthusiastic graduate who is looking to kick start their career in Software Consultancy in a growing global company. You will get a chance to be mentored by experienced consultants, project/resource managers and data analysts; be a part of exciting construction projects and have a chance to work with some of the UK's top contractors!

To succeed, you'll be:

  • Degree qualified (construction management, business, training or technology/computer science) or a minimum of 1 years software consulting experience.
  • Be based in the Midlands, UK; and able to work independently as part of a remote team and travel nationally (possibly internationally) with some overnight stays.
  • Enthusiastic about information technology products in the workplace, and up to date with advances and challenges.
  • Strongly customer-orientated
  • A pro-active problem-solver
  • A people person
  • Confident in delivering classroom / remote sessions
  • Adaptable to change
