We are currently looking to recruit a fantastic individual to join a great team as the Operations Administrator based in the heart of Birmingham's busy business district!
In the position you will be reporting to the company directors and will be a key point of contact working alongside and supporting other members of the team.
You will be the first point of contact and the face of the business sat on an immaculate reception welcoming people through the door and answering the phone in a professional and friendly manner! You will also be the champion for any compliance and risk management administration, therefore excellent attention to detail is essential.
Due to the nature of the position, you will be confident in your approach and will be comfortable liaising with colleagues at all levels.
Taking ownership of your responsibilities and looking outside of the box is key to this role!
