Our client is looking for a Finance Assistant / Bookkeeper to join their organisation.
Main responsibilities include:

• Purchase ledger processing
• Sales ledger processing
• Administering payments
• Credit control
• Bank reconciliation
• Managing petty cash
• Processing employee expenses
• Collating timesheets and dealing with P45s, P60s etc
• Liaising with their payroll bureau
Our client is looking for someone who has relevant experience in the above duties. Hands on experienced of QuickBooks is highly desirable.
