Resourcing Group is working with a valued client who are looking for an experienced Account Manager (Facilities Management) to join their team on a permanent basis.

You will typically be responsible for revenue of £10-£20m and report directly to the Account Director, this is a pivotal role for an ambitious individual to effectively oversee service delivery with a continual focus on contract efficiencies and safe best practice ensuring contract profitability to support Divisional strategies.

Key skills:
*Must have 3 years plus experience within PFI/PPP
*Must be able to demonstrate competence with budgets, P&L accounts and balance sheets
* TFM experience- Hard services, soft services, catering and grounds maintenance
*Strong technical/ services background within a similar environment
*Manage all aspects of the client/customer relationships to ensure a joined up collaborative partnership resulting in continuing benefit.

It is essential you have a proven track record within the FM market specifically within PFI/ PPP contracts.
