We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Supporter Data Manager to join our Fundraising Group. In this role you will take an active role in delivering an upmarket experience through a range of fundraising campaigns. Experience developing supporter journeys and working with big data will help drive supporter loyalty and satisfaction bringing to life the impact supporters are making in the lives of the UK's most vulnerable children.

You will definitely be a strategic thinker executing innovative strategies to ensure our data is being captured correctly and also used in the most beneficial ways. A clear view of the bigger picture but with an eye for detail and fantastic relationship-building skills.

You'll be confident working to test and measure strategies to capitalize on future activities and methods that work, and have a good working knowledge of GDPR

To perform well in this role, you'll need:

Experience building Reports and designing KPI's for marketing

Experience working with customer/ supporter data to engage and raise funds from existing donor base as well as acquiring new supporters.

Strong project management skills

Experience working as part of a team delivering broader marketing campaigns

Experience of delivering integrated projects

Experience providing data and strategic supporter journey direction for fundraising/marketing campaigns across a range of channels including direct mail, video, email, online and social media

The ability to work independently to drive innovation, creativity and results
