Group Head of PPC
We are looking for a digital genius and a strong leader who is highly ambitious. The successful candidate must have hands-on experience with PPC and online performance, however, it is required that the Group Head of PPC is a leader, who can motivate, mentor and develop a strong team. Working across the business, the successful candidate will ensure top performance of the paid channels from strategy and planning to conversion, performance and budget management.
Group Head of SEO
The Group Head of SEO will be overseeing all areas of the business’ SEO, from content through to technical therefore an individual who has expertise knowledge on both aspects will thrive within the role! The role will also involve aiming to continuously improve all channels of the company; striving to deliver first-class projects which achieve the firm’s key objectives. The successful candidate will be in charge of managing and developing their team by becoming being a heavily involved member themselves whilst also liaising with both the internal and external stakeholders. The SEO department works with a phenomenal budget of around £1 million a month, therefore, previous experience of handling large budgets is essential for this exciting role.
Group Head of CRM
The Group Head of CRM role will require an individual to have a fantastic strategic mindset coupled with a proactive ethos. They will be expected to oversee the customer database in order to evaluate all CRM activity including email activity, customer surveys and extensive research. The Group Head of CRM will also be responsible for utilising the CRM department’s £1.5 million budget to effectively personalise the CRM strategy to target their consumer’s needs. To fully thrive within this role, the ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen and excellent budget management skills.
Group CRO Lead
This role will take responsibility for building a new team of capable experts that can develop their own skills and expertise to create an overall strong and capable CRO function. The right person for this role will be a 'strong number cruncher’ who is a stickler for numbers and can use data to measure performance as well as provide insight into customer behaviour. This information will be used to understand customer journey and experience and optimise these in order to improve conversion across all aspects of the business.
