Either way we would love to hear from you!

Job Role of a Care and Support Assistant

You would be supporting our elderly clients to stay in their own homes by assisting them with every-day tasks such as washing and dressing, preparing meals, shopping or getting to appointments. You are matched to your clients by interests, hobbies and personality so the chances of building a strong and lasting relationship are maximised. Our clients benefit from the companionship and the strong bonds they create with their CAREGiver and our staff are happier this way too!

What makes a great Care and Support Assistant to Home Instead Senior Care?

We never employ a caregiver unless we would happily let them look after our own loved ones as we believe our clients deserve the best. Experience in the care industry is not necessary, as long as you have the right attitudes and personality. Our caregivers come from all walks of life.
