The skills that are desirable are the following: Windows 2003/2008/2012 Server administration and basic configuration and troubleshooting Windows 7/8 support Active Directory Remote support for users within Citrix Remote troubleshooting of hardware issues Network and router troubleshooting and configuration (TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP) MS Exchange administration and configuration MS Office support Experience in an ITIL based service desk Knowledge of Barracuda, Spam filtering technologies and MS SharePoint my client offers a vibrant office environment, where working hard and playing hard are what they do best!
