Our client is a highly successful manufacturer based in Burton and presently has an opening for an accomplished Administrator who can carry out Sales Admin duties along with Finance based tasks. Regular duties will entail:
Purchase of goods and services for the office;
Sales order processing;
Updating stock spreadsheets on a daily basis;
Raise sales orders;
Address queries from hauliers and clients;
Manage car leasing;
Management of monthly VAT;
Log and monitor capital expenditure;
Direct debit administration;
Assistance with monthly accruals;
Ad hoc duties as required.
This is a varied and interesting role with a company that are doing extremely well. In order to meet the challenges of this post, candidates should be well organised with the ability to meet deadlines and work flexibly within a small team. You should also have some accounts experience and be confident in using Excel.
