With over 40 years' experience they're rather good at what they do, and as their success continues, so too does their growth. As such they are now looking to recruit a number of Contact Centre Operator's to join their rapidly expanding and dynamic team.

What are they looking for?

The Contact Centre is absolutely fundamental, the beating heart of their operation. Exceptional customer service is at the centre of everything they do, and so employing people with a real passion for this is essential!

Working as part of a large team, you will be the 'voice' of the business, dealing with a broad range of customers and queries via phone, strong people skills are a must. Previous experience isn't essential, but the right attitude is, along with the following:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good listening and organisational skills
  • Strong communicator with a calm telephone manner
  • Accurate in data capture/input, good typing speed
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable working to tight deadlines & KPI's
  • Awareness of customer expectations

You & your development

Providing people with the right tools and information is critical to their success. Following an in-depth induction you will partake in a 12-week structured training programme that is delivered by their dedicated in-house training team, designed to continually progress your learning and development.

Salary package

Rate of pay: GBP8.00 per hour

Owing to the fact they are a 24/365 business, they can offer prospective employees a variety of options with regards to shift patterns available:

Full Time: 34.5 hours (5 shifts in 7 days)

Part Time: 20 hours (4-5shifts in 7 days)

Weekends 12 hours

Evening & Weekend: 20 hours

Split shifts: 19 hours (Monday - Friday)
