InterQuest Solutions are delighted to be working with one of our main clients to support their recruitment of a Team Administrator/PA for their Burton on Trent site

The role is a six month contract and can potentially be extended for the right candidate

Duties will include
*Acting as the face of the team to other internal sites for the client globally
*Contacting these sites and working with them to gather information about insurance requirements and offer support
*Handling diary arrangements
*Dealing with any meeting or correspondence requests
*Providing quality administration support
*Confident telephone manner and able to liaise with colleagues at all levels
*Knowledge of finance or insurance is desirable
*Maintain and track an invoice schedule of all insurance premiums received and paid
*Assist in the preparation of quarterly insurance balance sheet account reviews and report
*Maintain the insurance premium allocation model, and provide quotation indications for assessment
*Assist Risk Finance Director with Finance / Accounting queries accordingly
*Acting as a key point of contact
*Maintaining the insurance compliance system(s)
*Speaking to the contacts at the other sites both over the phone and by email to discuss areas of insurance non-compliance and chasing for outstanding information
*Assessing insurance documents for compliance against the premises licence and management agreements
*Preparing insurance compliance information for monthly reporting
*Liaising and building relationships with other departments

-Ideal candidates will drive and have their own transport due to company location
