Customer Service Executive
Due to the opening of a new Contact Centre, my Client is looking to recruit dedicated individuals to work in the Customer Service Team. This business won the Gold Award in 2017. They are a brilliant business to work for where hard work is recognised with excellent rates of pay and company benefits for permanent employees.
As the Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for:
- Handling incoming calls from customers with questions and queries in relation to products, lost property, opening times, company information
- Providing a first class customer service at all times
- Passing calls through to the correct departments
As the Customer Service Executive you will:
- Possess previous office based Customer Service or Call Centre experience
- Be available to start work immediately
- Be computer literate
In return the Customer Service Executive will receive a basic salary of GBP8.50 per hour, rising to GBP11.50 if taken permanent.
