Hays Office Support are working on behalf of a reputable company based within Telford who are looking for a Customer Services Advisor to work within their Motor trading business.
Your new role
As a Customer Services Advisor your role will be to meet and greet customers and check them in upon arrival. Update customers on progression on their vehicles and send out any relevant correspondence, dealing with customer enquires, answering any relevant questions or working with internal key managers to help investigating queries. You will be responsible for making sure customer requirements and expectations are understood and recorded accurately upon delivery. Other general administration duties will also be required including providing reception support and helping to organise and attend any relevant exhibitions. You will also have to support the sales managers in regards to providing quotations, following up on leads and passing them onto the relevant department.
What you'll need to succeed
The relevant candidate will have to be tenacious, have demonstrable experience working within customer services, and be able to manage all customer transactions to the highest level appropriate. Customer Service Skills to manage all customer transactions to the highest level appropriate. It would also be desirable (but not essential) that you would have previously worked within the motor trade industry and have a NVQ level 3 in Customer Services.
