Payroll Implementation Specialist required for an exciting long term temporary opportunity working for an internationally recognisable automotive business based in Warwickshire. This is an integral position within the business and requires a candidate with demonstrable experience of managing a major payroll service transition from start to finish. Time and attendance knowledge is also a prerequisite for this opportunity as the successful candidate will be given full autonomy to implement processes and changes to benefit the business.

You will be experienced in managing large and complex payrolls whilst ensuring results are achieved to deadlines. Excellent communication skills and an in-depth knowledge of payroll implementations are essential skills for this position. Demonstrable experience of remotely managing a team will offer a distinct advantage.
