As an expanding business in the area, the company is now looking to recruit a Training Specialist who would be responsible for the design and delivery of a training portfolio. This would include implementing new training programs, tweaking existing programs, assessment and evaluation and conducting training needs.

Key Responsibilities

To identify training needs and gaps within the organisation

Plan training courses, prepare training manuals, provide input into the Training strategy

Manage the training portfolio and introduce changes to existing material, and evaluate the quality of the delivery.

Strong communication skills are key to this role, knowledge of training processes and procedures and competent skills in instructional design.
