Sheridan Maine is recruiting for a Finance Manager on an exclusive basis to join a market leading SME Sales Business based in Redditch.

The Role
As the Finance Manager you be a key member of the Senior Management Team and you will have a hands on role in Finance.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Preparation of management accounts
- Variance Analysis on Monthly/Yearly basis
- Supporting the forecasting and budgeting process
- Preparation of all statutory returns
- Bank Reconciliations
- Responsibility for the Finance Team

Person specification
The ideal candidate will have an attention for detail with commitment to excellence. Requirements include;

- Fully Qualified (ACCA, ACA or CIMA)/ Newly Qualified / QBE will be considered
- Experience within an SME environment
- Excellent IT skills with Intermediate excel knowledge
