The company
Our client is an award-winning international manufacturer with multiple brands.

Main duties
To provide administrative support to the German sales teams and customers while being responsible of the sales process from customer's orders to delivery.

The role
- To report directly to the Sales Support Manager
- To provide efficient administrative support to the German sales teams
- To liaise with various departments
- To monitor competitive activity
- To develop new sales leads on existing accounts
- To provide total support to German customer base and reply to their enquiries
- To maintain up to date filing and general administration systems
- To monitor orders from processing to despatch while keeping the customers up to date
- To assist in resolving customers' complaints
- To develop and implement marketing initiatives with the Sales Support Manager and Marketing Manager
- To achieve agreed sales targets

The candidate:
- Fluency in English and German languages (Written and Oral)
- Understanding of the German culture
- Commercial awareness with negotiation and customer service skills
- Experience at similar role desirable
- Strong work ethics
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proactive, self-starter and flexible individual
- IT literate (full training provided on in-house softwares)

Salary details: From GBP18,000 to GBP23,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30AM to 5.00PM.
Start date: ASAP
