Customer Service Executive

This is an exciting opportunity for talented individuals looking for a Customer Service career in insurance. We are looking for strong, customer focused who are self motivated and have fantastic communication skills.

Fresh Insurance Group is an award winning insurance broker based in a call centre in Redditch. Due to expansion we are currently recruiting for Customer Services Executives. As the Customer Service Executive you will receive full training.

This role will suit someone with a call centre or retail/customer service background. Although insurance is preferable, it is not essential.

Contracted to work 40 hours on average per week the role requires you to work shifts across the business opening hours of 9am-7.30pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 9am-4pm.
