My client are an established Pension Scheme firm, who specialise in providing fantastic service to a wide range of Trustee individuals and Private individuals.

They are seeking an experienced Pensions Administrator to join their friendly team and develop into a Team Leader at a later date.

On offer is a very attractive Pension Scheme, 26 days annual leave, not including bank holidays, Company Bonus Scheme and Free Parking.

Main Duties:

• Identify areas for improvements and propose amendments to processes and documentation as required.
• Authorisation and checking of designated work and processes as requested by the Team Manager.
• Deal with telephone calls in a timely, accurate and polite manner.
• To ensure all Pensions administration is carried out in accordance with Service Level Agreement requirements for each customer's Pension Schemes, including Defined Benefit.

Current and informed knowledge of:

o Pension scheme arrangements
o Defined Benefit knowledge and experience
o Service Level Agreements and commitments
o Workflow processes
o Customer Service commitments

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written with strong listening skills.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
