About Our Client

An exciting, new opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join a busy team. The main responsibility of the role is to manage a portfolio of strategic accounts in a professional manner, from raising the initial work order and progressing, through to completion.

Job Description

Day to day duties will include the following:

• Raising work orders

• Progressing jobs

• Updating records internally and on client websites

• Building client relationships

• Responding quickly and effectively to client queries

• Upholding strict KPI's

• General Administration

The Successful Applicant

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:

• Excellent Customer Service (essential)

• Professional and Enthusiastic

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment, and to deadlines

• Eye for detail

• Numerate

• Works well within a team and independently

• Excellent organisational skills (essential)

• Initiative to think outside the box
