Bi-Lingual Administrator - French Linguist



  • This corporate client is seeking to find candidates who have excellent language skills and strong customer services and administrative skills.
  • Candidates need to have eloquent fluent/advanced English
  • Ability to speak French
  • Ability to communicate with customers worldwide.
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers over the telephone using your language skills (Italian).
  • Strong attention to detail and good data skills.
  • Good problem solvers who can clearly converse and aid customers over the telephone in a calm, professional manner utilising their language skills.
  • The ability to multi task is essential.
  • Good systems skills - MS Office Word and Excel skills to Intermediate level.
  • Candidates do not need to be technical, but must have the ability to retain information and be good at problem solving.
  • Our client is looking for a good team player with excellent communication skills.
  • The role involves liaison with internal departments and with external Suppliers, many of whom are based overseas.
  • Our aim is to provide a swift and efficient ordering service by paying attention to detail and listening to our customer requirements.

Candidate Requirements

  • Linguistic Skills - Fluent French
  • Good Educational background - Preference given to those at graduate level
  • Previous Customer Services or Help Desk skills
  • MS Office skills
  • 37 hours per week
  • 5 weeks holiday
  • Contributory Pension scheme

Salary GBP22,000 depending on experience
