OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!! BASED IN LEAMINGTON SPA GBP21,000 TO GBP22,000 DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

My client is a well known national/global supplier and due to expansion they are looking to recruit an Office Administrator on a permanent basis. The role is crucial to the team which supports the sales order team, customers and production of materials. The role will require a 2:2 qualified graduate however the client may consider non graduate candidates if the role requirements are met.

Working hours: 38 hours per week

Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm
Friday 8.30am to 3pm
22 days annual holiday + statuatory holidays

[ The role ]

- Sales Order Processing + Despatch
- Sample Order Processing
- Label production
- Organising delivery of product to customers
- Batch Sheet Raising
- Liaising with Production, Sales and Technical departments
- General administrative support to management team
- General Office duties including answering the phones and going to the bank as required

[ Person and skills required ]

- Ideally 2:2 graduate
- Administration experience within a commercial environment
- Excellent IT skills including MS Word/Excel
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work under pressure
