IT Support Technician - Royal Leamington Spa
IT Support Technician is required to join a growing and progressive company working from one of their IT support centres based in Royal Leamington Spa.
The role of an IT Support Technician will involve helping to support their internal infrastructure across the full lifecycle including planning, installation and ongoing support across 1st and some 2nd line support. The systems involved are all Microsoft based (Windows Desktop Systems - 7 / 8 / 10, Server 2008 & 2012, Active Directory, Exchange 2010 / 2013) along with Citrix & VMware systems along with all networking issues.
The correct candidate for the Infrastructure Technician role will have at least 12 months of commercial experience working in an IT support role and preferably have gained some sort of industry recognised certification.
You will have gained some experience or exposure to the following systems:
- Windows Server 2008 / 2012
- Windows 7, 8 & 10 Desktop systems
- Active Directory
- Exchange 2010 / 2013
As you will be working in a team environment and be liaising with internal end users and third party suppliers your communication skills, both written and verbal must be very strong.
