We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef for a well-established hotel situated on the outskirts of Wolverhampton. The main purpose of this role is to work alongside the Head Chef with various kitchen duties, including preparation of food, menu selection, and overseeing staff.
Hours of work - 40 hours between the hours of 6.00am & 11.00pm
- Responsible for all food production ensuring that food is prepared to an exemplary standard
- Preparing food for special events
- Keeping all work areas clean & tidy
- Managing food and stock ordering
- Working closely with Head Chef
- Accountability for all Health & Hygiene
- Must be an all round team player
