A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a Bookings Co-ordinator to work within the World of Wedgwood located at Barlaston, Stoke-on-Trent.
Reporting to the Front of House Manager for the World of Wedgwood, the Bookings Co-ordinator will maintain the business and customer relationships for the World of Wedgwood by assisting all tour operators, group organisers, local tourism agencies, councils and the public with any queries, ensuring that bookings are logged onto the system and that amendments are made accurately and promptly. The Bookings Co-ordinator willprovide a premium experience which will lead to maximisation of consumer spends and conversion rates in order to achieve sales targets and profitability.
The successful candidate will:

- have excellent computer skills, ideally with experience of GAMMA
- have excellent organisation skills
- be focused on sales and achieving targets
- have the ability to work well in a team
Previous experience of working within a similar role would be a significant advantage.
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week over 5 days, to include weekends on a rota basis.
