STANDARDS & FRAMEWORKS COORDINATOR REQUIRED FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!! BASED ON OUTSKIRTS OF COVENTRY 28HOURS PER WEEK - GBP18666 (PRO RATA)

My client is a well known national organisation and are now looking to recruit a Standards & Frameworks Coordinator on a permanent basis. This role is Part Time working 28 hours per week however is a pivotal role to the business. The successful applicant will have an understanding of National Occupational Standards and ideally experience within a Project Coordinating type role, this role requires external stakeholder management so a customer centric approach is essential. [ The role ]

- Support the production of all required materials and documentation for training and qualification products
- Working with the Project Managers, ensure that standard communications to other departments is delivered on time and to the required standard
- Ensure the website is fully up to date with all relevant training and qualification details and that images used (including those in promotional materials) are in line with industry standards
- Provide contract and project administration and support for the review and development of occupational/industrial standards and related learning frameworks/apprenticeship systems
- Understand the regulatory processes across the UK and deal with all regulators with regard to product development
- Liaison with stakeholders including awarding organisations and provider networks

- Experience of the UK regulations system
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office 2010 applications - Word, Excel and Outlook

- Experience of Project Coordination/Administration
- Experience of managing key stakeholders/customers
