The Role

You will be the first point of contact for the company's clients on the helpdesk based in Telford. Dealing with queries over the phone, through email and remote support, you will have excellent communication skills and proven experience in a customer support role. You will aim to diagnose and fix issues as they arise, escalating any high level calls to the Level 2 or Level 3 teams and providing feedback to customers. An ideal role for anyone with helpdesk/service desk experience looking for a new challenge.

  • At least 6 months' helpdesk/ service desk experience
