New Directions Education are recruiting for a strong academic Physical Education Teacher for a secondary school based in Shrewsbury. New Directions Education currently have an opportunity for a Teacher of Physical Education to join a School based in Shrewsbury with excellent facilities. This position will commence from September and run up until the end of the academic year 2018 with a view of progressing to a permanent role.

The school welcome applications from both experienced teachers seeking to widen their experience or newly qualified teachers who can contribute to this outstanding department.

You will join an energetic department of PE and teach at Key Stage 3&4, the successful applicant will be expected to plan and deliver engaging and fun lessons which inspire pupils. Assess and mark work, monitor pupils' progression and raise attainment levels. The school are looking for an all round team player who will be happy to contribute to the development of schemes of work and subject policies as appropriate and who can communicate appropriately and develop positive relationships with staff, pupils and parents.

To be considered for this role you will need to be a qualified teacher, experienced in teaching PE to KS3 and KS4.
