Groomfield Recruitment is working on behalf of their valued and friendly client based in Lichfield. We are looking for a Contract Co-ordinator to start ASAP on permanent basis.

Responsibilities of a Contract Co-ordinator;

  • Co-ordinate the administration and contract information for allocated service contracts

  • Assist in the maintenance of relevant contract briefs

  • Responsible for the production if work orders for all allocated service contracts

  • Frontline customer contact via telephone and email

  • Supporting clients by answering enquiries and ensuring clients are kept up to date on progress

  • Working as part of team, ensuring data is given to BDM/Account Management Team is correct and provide support to other operational functions as required

  • Support relevant BDM/Account Management team in the production of quotes, including one-off works

  • Promote and communicate standards/information to colleagues and team members

  • Any other duties as required

Skills / Experience of a Contract Co-ordinator;

  • Experience of ERP system (IFS)

  • Experience of administration or similar

  • Confident IT user

  • Excellent organisation and planning experience

  • Some geographical knowledge

  • Able to work effectively within a team

Hours of work; Monday to Friday between 8.30am - 5.30pm

Salary; GBP18,000 - GBP22.000
