Residential Conveyancing Paralegal - Good Progression Prospects

A strong and very well established multi-office regional practice wishes to appoint a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join the firms' Residential Property Team and be based at the firms' office on the outskirts of Worcester.

The practice has around 50 staff spread across a number of offices and is very much one of the stronger practices in the locality. Notwithstanding the firms' heritage and tradition, the practice is very much aided by a state of the art case management system meaning that the working environment is practical, efficient and means the firm is very well placed to service client needs swiftly.

The Residential Property Team at this office comprises a small offering who undertake the full remit of residential property work with the majority of instructions emanating from privately funded matters from a strong and loyal local client base.

The team is keen to recruit a paralegal with a minimum of 12 months' experience of dealing with sales and purchases, registered and unregistered land and freehold and leasehold property transactions. The team also deals with more complex matters so this is a very good opportunity for you to gain exposure by assisting on cases that are more in depth. You will provide support to senior members of this friendly and supportive team and also have the opportunity to handle your own small caseload.

You will have strong academics and will ideally have undertaken the LPC or the CILEX qualification, or be part way through these. In addition, it is important that you are enthusiastic about a long term career within the residential property sector and have a desire to learn quickly whilst also possessing excellent communication and client care skills.

The firm is offering a competitive salary and benefits package and the office is based close to a number of transport links and car parking facilities. The practice actively encourages professional development and has a desire to promote from within so this is an ideal opportunity for those who are looking for progression within the residential property field as well as the opportunity to be involved with varied and interesting residential property matters.
