Role: ICT Technical Analyst (2nd Line Support Role)

Salary: GBP20,000 - GBP22,500

Location: Shropshire

What Will this Role Entail?

The role of a 2nd Line Support Analyst will involve working within a team providing 1st and 2nd line support to over 300 clients both remotely and via site visits where required. You will be involved in the installation of all new IT equipment and PC software and will be expected to diagnose and resolve faults that arise with these. You will be administering and supporting all aspects of the company's network. You will ensure all staff are trained on the use of the inhouse IT software. You will be excepted to work closely with 3rd party companies to ensure quality IT service is provided to all users.
